SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 10 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we strive to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. These may include standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated upon quote request based on your location, preferred shipping method and order quantity.

  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and its estimated delivery date.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to customers residing outside of these areas.

  5. Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact at info@archprintcompany.co.uk for assistance. We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We strive to provide high-quality products, but in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we offer a hassle-free return process. You may return a defective item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that only defective items are eligible for returns.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@archprintcompany.com to request a return authorisation. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receiving a receipt and the goods back at our warehouse.

  3. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and a refund is requested we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

  4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item in the unlikely event it is defected, please allow up to 10 business days for the new order to be shipped. Further information on shipping can be found within our shipping policy.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
